This page captures the agreed scope and boundaries for FR-02. The individual sub-requirements (FR-02.01 through FR-02.07) have not been written yet — use npm run new:fr to add them as they get defined, following the same Trigger / System shall / State / Acceptance Criteria template used in FR-01.
