Implementation Plan

Introduction​

The Implementation Plan translates the approved functional and technical designs into an ordered set of development tasks. It defines the implementation sequence, dependencies, milestones, and completion criteria required to build the SalesFam platform in a controlled and traceable way.

Purpose​

This section provides the development roadmap for turning the documented requirements and technical designs into working software while minimizing dependency conflicts and unnecessary rework.

Organization​

Implementation is planned progressively by functional requirement:

  • FR-01 — IAM
  • FR-02 — Merchant & Product Management
  • FR-03 — Rep Onboarding & Commission Contracts
  • FR-04 — Referral Attribution Engine
  • FR-05 — Checkout & Payment Processing
  • FR-06 — Webhook Processing & Order Finalization
  • FR-07 — Financial Ledger, Settlement & Payouts

Each FR contains the implementation tasks and sequence required to deliver its functional scope.
